- Communications: Any messages, support requests, or feedback you send us.
Information collected automatically:
- Usage data: Pages visited, features used, time spent in the platform, clicks, and interactions with your AI team members.
- Device and technical data: IP address, browser type and version, operating system, referring URLs, and device identifiers.
- Log data: Server logs recording your activity, error reports, and performance metrics.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information for the following purposes:
- To provide and operate the service: Your data enables Mona and her team — Valentina, Serena, Nova, and Cleo — to perform tasks on your behalf, personalize their responses in your voice, and manage your business operations.
- To process payments and manage subscriptions: Billing, invoicing, plan upgrades, and cancellations.
- To communicate with you: Onboarding emails, product updates, weekly Hype-Girl Reports, billing notifications, and customer support responses. You can opt out of marketing emails at any time.
- To improve the product: Analyzing usage patterns, fixing bugs, building new features, and training our AI systems to serve you better.
- To comply with legal obligations: We may retain or disclose data as required by applicable law, court order, or regulatory authority.
- To protect safety and security: Detecting fraud, abuse, or unauthorized access to our systems.

We share your information with a limited number of trusted third parties who help us operate Vyrtu.ai:
- Stripe, Inc. — Payment processing. Stripe processes all payment card transactions. Your financial data is governed by Stripe's Privacy Policy.
- Cloudflare, Inc. — Website hosting, content delivery network (CDN), and DDoS protection. Cloudflare may process your IP address and web requests to deliver our service reliably and securely. See cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.
- Email service providers: We use transactional and marketing email platforms to deliver messages to you. These providers process your email address and interaction data (opens, clicks) on our behalf.

- Your account data is retained for 30 days to allow for reactivation, then deleted.
- Business data processed by your AI team (content, emails, tasks) is deleted within 30 days of account closure.
- Billing and financial records may be retained for up to 7 years as required by applicable tax and accounting laws.
- Aggregated, anonymized usage data that cannot identify you may be retained indefinitely for product improvement.
5. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:
